About Our Journey
Bethany Mission began its work in Kenya in 2001 with a strong focus on children, education, and discipleship. Over the years, the mission has served in public schools, Muslim communities, and rural areas, especially in Kwale County along the Coast region.
Through church planting, education, medical outreach, and child sponsorship, Bethany Mission has grown into a trusted center for faith, learning, and community development. Today, the mission oversees churches, schools, and outreach programs that continue to impact thousands of lives across the region.

Statement of Faith
Our foundational beliefs rooted in Scripture
The Triune God
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God and is the final rule of faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death through the shedding of His blood on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory (John 1:1-14, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Acts 1:11).
Salvation & Holy Spirit
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works, but as the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8-9). We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells, guides, teaches, and empowers believers for godly living and service (John 14:26, Acts 1:8).
Eternal Life & Unity
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the saved unto eternal life and the lost unto eternal separation from God (John 5:28-29). We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:3-6).
